Alexa Conklin
Speech-Language Pathologist

Alexa Conklin is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist currently completing her clinical fellowship year. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ramapo College and went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from William Paterson University. With a strong passion for helping individuals find their voice, Alexa has gained diverse clinical experience in public schools, private practices, and rehabilitation centers. Her expertise includes working with individuals across the lifespan with a variety of communication disorders, including speech sound disorders, language delays, apraxia, dysarthria, and aphasia. She believes in a collaborative, family-centered approach and has worked closely with parents, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized therapy plans that support each child’s unique communication needs. Alexa strives to create a warm, engaging, and supportive environment where children feel confident in their ability to communicate. She is committed to using evidence-based practices and tailoring therapy to make learning fun and meaningful for her clients. Outside of her professional life, Alexa enjoys reading, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with family and friends. She looks forward to working with families and helping children build strong communication skills that will serve them for a lifetime.
