My name is Elif Hajaluga
Elif Hajaluga is one of the co-directors at All 4 Therapy, LLC.
Elif received her Bachelor‘s Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Communication Disorders from William Paterson University. She found a love for speech therapy and furthered her education to complete her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology also at William Paterson University. Elif is also fluent in Turkish and has serviced the Turkish community in Bergen, Passaic, and Morris counties for many years. Given her experience in the NICU, Elif has developed her skills and a passion for evaluating and treating pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders. Elif is a mother to twin boys who keep her busy when she is not diving into the speech therapy world. She is an avid Peloton user, a lover of all things Cricut, and loves to explore the world.

My name is Marie Malyarovich
Marie Malyarovich is one of the co-directors at All 4 Therapy, LLC.
Marie received her Bachelor‘s Degree in Psychology from William Paterson University. Marie pursued and completed her Masters in Speech Language Pathology at Montclair State University. Marie is also fluent in Arabic and French and has serviced the Arabic and French communities in Bergen, Passaic, Morris, and Essex counties for many years. Marie’s continued commitment to the speech therapy world is driven by her experience with her oldest son’s diagnosis of Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). Marie’s eldest communicates using an Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC) device that opened up his world. When Marie is not mothering or "speeching", she can be found entertaining and exploring unique destinations and cuisines.

Speech, Language, Physical, and Occupational Therapy
Our therapists have evaluated and treated patients of various ages and delays associated with the following: feeding disorders, speech/language delay, autism, various genetic disorders, traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson’s, voice, childhood apraxia of speech, Down syndrome, and cleft lip/palate. Their experiences in hospitals, schools, and as clinical supervisors at William Paterson University have created and shaped the unique way they work together and approach a client’s care.
